Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Scan To Bim Service, we aim to deliver high-quality software solutions, BIM tools, CAD applications, and digital products. We value our customers and want to ensure transparency regarding refunds and cancellations. Since our offerings are digital products and licenses (not physical goods), specific conditions apply as outlined below.


1. Cancellation of Orders

  • Before License/Download Delivery:
    If you decide to cancel your order before the license key, download link, or digital product has been issued, you may request a cancellation. In such cases, any advance payment (minus administrative/transaction fees, if applicable) will be refunded.

  • After Delivery of License/Digital Product:
    Once the license key, software, or digital product has been delivered/activated, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as digital items cannot be “returned.”

  • Custom/Enterprise Software Orders:
    For bulk/custom software solutions, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds (if any) will depend on development progress and prior agreements.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or erroneous payments made on our website/payment gateway.

  • Non-receipt of software license or download link due to a technical error (verified by our team).

  • Agreed-upon digital product/service not delivered (subject to investigation and mutual agreement).

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Digital products/software already delivered or license key activated.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client information.

  • Change of mind after download/license activation.

  • Issues caused by third-party hardware/software incompatibility if system requirements were clearly mentioned before purchase.


3. Timeline for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back using the original mode of payment (bank transfer, card, or payment gateway).


4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
